TNTET ONLINE APPLICATION: INTRODUCTION
The TNTET Online Application process for the session 2019-2020 is over now. The candidates had to fill the online application forms for the Tamil Nadu Teacher’s Eligibility Test from March 15 to April 12, 2019. All the eligible candidates filled the application form on the official website of the Board and all registration-related activities like the payment of the examination fee had to be done through online mode only. For filling up the application form for TNTET, applicants were supposed to complete several steps which included the filling up of details in the TNTET Online Application Form, uploading scanned images, online payment of registration fee and printing of the confirmation Page. Although this session’s deadline to apply for the exam has already been passed, aspiring candidates are now waiting for the declaration of new exam dates, for which the application process will be similar and is explained below.
Filling the TNTET Online Form
For the upcoming session, all the willing applicants can seek guidance from the following procedure to fill the form. There are certain pre-requisites that the candidate must ensure before going forward with the TNTET registration process. You must have a computer or laptop with a working internet connection. Must have a record of your academic details, a valid identity proof such as a PAN card/ Driving License/Aadhaar Card/ should be ready beforehand. You must have your passport size photograph and signature as per the specifications. Candidates applying from the reserved categories must have a valid caste certificate. Other certifications including qualification certificate, age certificate, experience certificate will also be required. After ensuring this the candidate must log on to the official examination website http://trb.tn.nic.in to start filling the application form. Then click on the option of ‘Apply Online’ after which you will be redirected to a page where further guidelines will be stated. We advise all the applicants to read and understand all the necessary instructions explaining the application process. After understanding the instructions correctly, click on the ‘Proceed to Apply Online’ option. Now the application form appears wherein you must fill in all the details asked carefully. The candidates will be required to fill up several details regarding the TNTET application form. These include the candidate’s basic particulars, choice of examination center, languages for which he/she is applying, whether differently-able or not, other personal details, academic records, security PIN, etc. After filling these details successfully click on the ‘Next’ button. There will also be a ‘Reset’ button if you feel any need to edit the filled in information. On clicking the ‘Next’ button, candidates will be taken to a Review Page. Once done, click on the ‘Final Submit’ button. Following this, a registration number will be given to you at this stage. Note it down and keep it safely with you.
Uploading Documents And Payments
Another important process in completing the online application form is to upload your latest passport size photograph and a scanned image of your signature. It is to be noted that images should be of exact specifications as stated by the authorities. Ensure as high a quality of the scanned images as possible. After doing this, you will instantly be directed to the payment portal. Pay the fee for the examination through digital payment methods like net banking or Credit or Debit Cards. The application fee is different for various categories.
